Acquisition of Tarsus Distribution by Alviva looks set to proceed

South African value added tech distributor Tarsus is on course to sell core parts of its business to Alviva Holdings Ltd. The stock listed company is likely to add Tarsus’s cloud solutions business and ICT vendor portfolio to complement its existing business segments.

Headquartered in South Africa, Tarsus also has offices in Botswana and Namibia and recently signed agreements with Dell EMC, Microsoft and TeamViewer. Tarsus has a portfolio of premium ICT brands such as Acer, Asus, HP, Lenovo, Ring, Samsung and Skullcandy.
